Splash Mountain will be closing at both Disneyland in California and Walt Disney World in Florida on January 23, 2023 to begin the reimagining of the ride.
The new attraction will be called Tiana's Bayou Adventure and will be themed after the Princess and the Frog movie. The ride will feature beloved characters Princess Tiana and Louis as they prepare a special Mardi Gras celebration. You will float into the Bayou where you will hear zydeco music performed by a band of cute critters. You will have to wait until 2024 to experience this new attraction.
